Quoting Didier himself... "I was born in 1959 in Paris, in the Ménilmontant neighbourhood, and I have always lived there, between the 9th and 18th district, at the foot of the Montmartre hill. After classical studies in the Diderot technical school in Paris, until the baccalauréat (I was thinking about working in the car industry), I passed a vocational training certificate in photography. I did my national service in the navy, at the photographic department, where I completed my training. After that, I met the photographer of Paris' Opera by chance and I was his assistant for seven years. In 1990, I opened a Black and White craft lab, that still exists, although now it is running lower, for I dedicate myself more and more to my passion; Black and White Art Nude Photography."
